Day 1

Hi everyone,

Had an interesting day today. European Tour scorers had my total wrong the whole way round and film crews were buzzing around me all day. Still I got a massive help from wind this afternoon and guys struggled for the most part. It is a very difficult course when the wind gets up.

I ended up finishing T16th at +4. I shot rounds of 70, 69, 73 and 72. Although I didn't play as well at the weekend as I had the first 2 days, I am happy with my highest finish at a European Tour event. Back to the Challange Tour for a few weeks now.
